How do credits work?
Buy a package and use the credits from your account. Each formatting request covers one manuscript and uses one credit, whether you choose a library template or upload your own.
What if my paper cannot be processed?
If processing fails or you cancel before the formatted draft is delivered, the reserved credit returns to your balance.
Is this a subscription?
No. You make a one-time purchase for the package you choose. There is no monthly renewal.
How long can I download my files?
Your manuscript, formatted files and detailed report are available privately for up to 24 hours from upload. Requesting Download all files starts a 15-minute retry window, then they are deleted from this service. Individual review downloads do not start this window. You can delete a request sooner. Save your files on your own device.
