The service applies supported formatting rules and provides results for your review. It does not assess scientific validity, authorship or originality, and does not guarantee journal acceptance.

You keep the ownership and intellectual property rights you hold in your manuscripts and templates. Uploading a file does not transfer those rights to us. You authorize us and our processing providers to handle it only as needed to deliver and secure the requested service, as described in the privacy policy. Upload only material you are entitled to use and process. You retain responsibility for the manuscript and for checking the submission requirements of your chosen journal or conference.

Review the formatted pages and report before using the output. Pay particular attention to converted PDFs, equations, figures and tables. Flagged reference results require your attention; the service does not remove references automatically.

The package price, currency and number of credits are shown before checkout. One credit covers one manuscript request. Credits purchased here are used through your account on this website. See the credits and refunds policy for failed requests and payment enquiries.

Keep your login details secure. Do not attempt to access another user's files, interfere with processing, upload malicious content or misuse payment services. Access may be suspended when necessary to protect the service.

Your manuscript, formatted files and detailed report are available privately for up to 24 hours from upload. Requesting Download all files starts a 15-minute retry window, then they are deleted from this service. Individual review downloads do not start this window. You can delete a request sooner. Save your files on your own device.
