The service is operated by EuroMid Academy of Business & Technology. Use the contact page for questions about your data or to request assistance with your account.

We process your name, email address and phone number, authentication records, uploaded manuscripts and templates, processing results, credit and purchase records, and messages you send through the contact form. Your name and phone number are saved with your account to fill in your payment details. You can correct them at checkout. Required billing details are shared with the payment provider; card details are entered on the provider's secure page and are not stored by this website.

We use this information to provide formatting, deliver results, manage accounts and payments, answer support requests and investigate service errors. Access to manuscript downloads requires authorization. Your manuscript remains your work. We do not sell its scientific content, publish it as an example or make it available to other researchers. Processing services receive only the data needed for the requested service, as described below. For privacy or deletion requests, use the contact page.

We do not publish your manuscript or submit it to similarity-checking databases. AI processing may send paragraph text and template examples to our processing provider. Its standard API policy permits temporary retention for up to 30 days, with safety or legal exceptions; deletion from this website does not erase the provider's records. Optional reference verification sends citation text to publication databases and, when needed, an AI-assisted web search. Only reference details are used for this search, not the full manuscript. We may read public publisher and institutional pages to check the source. Payment details required at checkout are processed by the payment provider.

Your manuscript, formatted files and detailed report are available privately for up to 24 hours from upload. Requesting Download all files starts a 15-minute retry window, then they are deleted from this service. Individual review downloads do not start this window. You can delete a request sooner. Save your files on your own device. The detailed report is also deleted because it can contain manuscript excerpts and references. Account and purchase records, credit usage, saved template settings and support messages are managed separately; no manuscript content is needed in your credit ledger. Temporary files are not a research archive. Contact us for account deletion requests.

The service uses a session cookie for signing in and keeping your account secure. The application does not require advertising cookies.

You can choose whether to verify references and whether to add verified missing DOIs. You can download results and delete manuscript requests. For account corrections or other privacy requests, contact the service team.
