Credits and refunds

One credit is reserved when formatting starts. It is used when the formatted Word file and report are delivered and the content check passes, even if the report lists corrections or checks for you to complete.

If processing fails, the formatted file or report is missing, or content verification fails, the reserved credit is returned. Cancellation before delivery also returns it. Returning a credit does not send a payment back to your bank card.

For duplicate payments, an incorrect charge or a refund enquiry, contact us with your purchase reference and account email. Do not include card details. The team will review the purchase and explain the available resolution.

Purchased credits are added to the account used at checkout and can be used for manuscript formatting on this website.
